Shipping Policy:
We offer free shipping on four or more stock tires to most areas in Nova Scotia, all of PEI, Fredericton, Moncton, Bouctouche, Miramichi and Saint John.
We offer low cost shipping to the rest of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. Shipping 4 black steel rims start at $35. Offline, and overweight fees are applicable depending on courier and postal code.
Any further shipping needs after original purchase (for example an exchange) are subject to shipping charges.
Return Policy:
The Tire Man offers a 7 day exchange policy for any products that we keep in stock and have not been mounted on rims. The Tire Man does not offer refunds, however a customer can opt for a credit on file for 30 days, which is also transferrable, if they are returning a product and another option is not available in stock at that time. For products that are special ordered in for a customer direct from vendors, such as rims or tires that we do not keep in stock, there is a 20% restocking fee. For products that have shipped to a customer, the customer can either make arrangements to have the product returned to The Tire Man, or The Tire Man will credit back the portion paid, minus applicable shipping costs associated with the original order.
